Cancellation Policy

Off-Peak Season 
Cancellations received with 30 days or more notice prior to arrival date will be refunded minus a $30 cancellation fee.
Cancellations received within 30 days of arrival will be refunded any pre-payment amount, minus the tariff for one night or $30 cancellation fee (whichever is greater).
Cancellations within 48hrs of arrival will forfeit deposit and balance paid.
Alternatively, the whole amount can be held as credit for a future stay for up to 12 months.
A booking change can be made at any time up to 48hrs prior to arrival, subject to availability. In the case that the tariff for the new period is less than the previous period, or the number of nights is reduced, no refund will be given; however a credit for the difference will be held on client account for up to 12 months.

Peak Season/Special Dates

Off-Peak/Peak/Special Dates – May change year to year. Exact dates can be confirmed at time of booking; otherwise please contact Reception to enquire.

No refunds are given for early departure, change of mind once checked in; or if asked to leave the Park by Park Management due to violation of our Park Rules.
Park Management reserves the right to refuse entry to the park, to any persons. A refund of any monies paid will be issued if this occurs, provided that a violation of Park Rules has not occurred.
